Reaction

My tattoo, which I've had for more than a year, is suddenly puffy and itchy.  I thought the allergic reaction was done 6 months ago, but apparently my body will continue to reject my attempt to be cool for the rest of my life.

katie, you're a freak. it's part of your body now. how can you be allergic to your own body?! you better hang on to those toes, who knows when they'll start bothering you :)

but, really, you know how lisa and people (probably you, too) get the shots to help build up their immunity? well, you can't get rid of the tattoo, so it's kind of like you're continually getting a shot. so theoretically, eventually you'll not be allergic to it anymore...it's a good theory, right?
