HOA and Bike Update

The HOA management continues to be petty and unhelpful.  After more back and forth, I asked to speak directly to the HOA board.  She said they can only be contacted via the homeowner portal, which she knows we don't have access to because we're renters.  I know this isn't a huge, serious issue, but my indignation and rage are irrationally strong about this.
