Korra "talks" quite a bit, but there are a few things that sound like real words and she sometimes uses them in the correct context. Here's the short list:

No (someone please buy us a copy of The Strong-Willed Child!)
Daddy
Cheese
Shoes
Still not sure if we'll count any of these as her real first words, but we're getting close!
