Differentiation

A huge buzz word in education is "differentiation."  I means doing different things for different kids because (duh) people are different.  Accelerate for gifted kids, remediate for kids with learning disabilities, teach to different learning styles, all that jazz.  But do we do that for staff training?  No.  Not ever.  Could someone please accelerate me through our faculty meetings?  Why should I have to suffer through an hour long meeting when I could understand the material in 10 minutes?  Sorry for the rant.  I have a headache and there is a faculty meeting after school.
