Say It Nicely

What's a nice way to say, "When you come to the library, I need you to act like a teacher- and not the lazy one that you apparently are.  Stop playing on your phone and grading papers and get your class under control.  I'm not your babysitter"?  I'm having trouble wording my email...

no--- i think you hit the nail on the head. be blunt. be honest. maybe- just MAYBE then people will change.
